In a refreshing showcase of separates, Acra proves with each piece that fashion can function in a modern wardrobe. Delicate 3-dimensional accents blossom on transparent sleeves, skirts and collars. Wildflower embellishments are spread throughout layering pieces and accessories, while graphic printed lace is paired with sheer overlays, which achieves an intriguing balance of illusion and depth.
With today's young starlets in mind, Acra also explores fantasy through form with a monochromatic series of skirts and voluminous tops – equally fitting for both day and night. Though the focus of Spring 2017 is on Acra's ability to translate her signature evening designs into daywear, no Reem Acra collection would be complete without an array of red carpet showstoppers.
