Jude Jowilson Designs
Jude Jowilson Elardo is a fashion designer with over ten years’ experience creating custom-made evening gowns and wedding dresses. Inspired by his grandmother, a skilled home-based seamstress, he developed an interest in fashion at an early age.
Jude Jowilson will be showcasing his new Fall 2016 Bridal line at the New York International Bridal Week, April 16-18,2016 at Pier 92 in New York City. Jude’s Spring 2016 line is available now, on his website, judejowilson.com. Fabrics utilized in the 2016 designs include silk taffeta, silk faille, French alencon lace, silk chiffon, Chantilly lace and silk zibeline.
Inspired by his grandmother, a skilled home-based seamstress, Jude developed an interest in fashion at an early age. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and opened his own boutique in his native country in Cebu City, Philippines. He came to New York City to continue his education in fashion design at Parsons the New School for Design, and launched his company two years ago.
Jude’s dresses are manufactured and hand crafted in the USA. They are made to order and are exclusively available in NYC at Forever Amour Bridal, 1089 Second Avenue near East 58th street. Other retail outlets include Alessandra Bridal Couture in Birmingham, Michigan and Svetlana Custom Clothing & Couture, in Yarmouth, Maine, and internationally with the Elisabeth Group in Seoul, Korea. Jude also creates one of a kind custom designs for individual clients.
